The House of Daniels has a structured leadership team, each with distinct roles that contribute to the church's mission and vision. Here’s a detailed description of each role and how they interact with one another.

Board of Counsel

Role: Advisory and oversight body.

Responsibilities: Provide strategic guidance, ensure accountability, and support the senior pastor in decision-making processes.

Luthando Daniels - Senior Pastor

Role: Spiritual leader and overall overseer of the church.

Responsibilities: Lead the church in vision and mission, preach and teach, provide pastoral care, and oversee all church activities. Interactions: Works closely with all department heads to ensure alignment with the church’s vision and strategic goals.

Unknown - Assistant

Role: Support the Senior Pastor.

Responsibilities: Assist with administrative tasks, coordination of activities, and providing logistical support to the Senior Pastor. Interactions: Works directly under the Senior Pastor, supporting interactions with other department heads and facilitating smooth operations.

Keanu Daniels - Technical Support

Role: Head of Media and IT.

Responsibilities: Oversee media production, manage IT infrastructure, provide technical support, and ensure the smooth operation of digital and online platforms. Interactions: Collaborates with all departments to support their media and technology needs, especially during events and online services.

Iyana Daniels - Finance & Events Lead

Role: Head of Events and Fundraising Team.

Responsibilities: Plan and execute church events, develop and implement fundraising strategies, manage budgets, and ensure financial accountability. Interactions: Works closely with all departments to organize events and fundraising activities, ensures financial resources are managed effectively to support church operations.

Wendy Ricardo - Pastoral Care Lead

Role: Head of the Pastoral Care Team.

Responsibilities: Provide counselling and support to members, manage the administration of pastoral care, oversee Sunday services, and ensure the spiritual well-being of the congregation.Interactions: Coordinates with the House of Prayer for spiritual support, collaborates with Events and Finance for member engagement activities, and works with Technical Support for service broadcasts.

Luleka Ntshobongwana - House of Prayer & Light Houses Lead

Role: Head of House of Prayer and Light Houses (home churches).

Responsibilities: Oversee prayer watches, organize special prayer events, manage and support home churches (Light Houses), and mentor prayer team members.Interactions: Works closely with the Pastoral Care Team for spiritual support, collaborates with Technical Support for streaming prayer sessions, and coordinates with Events and Finance for prayer-related events.

Zimkhitha Zozo - Events & Fundraising

Role: Support Iyana Daniels in events and fundraising.

Responsibilities: Assist in planning and executing events, support fundraising campaigns, and manage event logistics. Interactions: Works under Iyana Daniels, coordinating with other departments to ensure successful event execution.

House of Prayer: Supports Luleka in organising and leading prayer initiatives.

Light Houses: Supports Luleka in managing home churches, ensuring they are aligned with the church’s mission.

Discipleship: Focuses on teaching and mentoring new believers, ensuring they are integrated into the church community.
